When will my shipment arrive?

You can expect your shipment to arrive within 2-3 weeks from the date of your order placement.

Where do you ship and are there any delivery charges?

We offer free delivery within India. However if your Pin code falls under an unserviceable area we may have to charge an additional delivery fee.

Will my product be delivered safely?

Yes, all are products are shipped through our trusted delivery partners and will be shipped to you safely.

Do you ship Internationally?

As of now we are shipping only in India but we hope to reach you globally, so stay connected with us.

Could the shipping address be changed /updated after I have placed an order?

The shipping address could be changed /updated until the order is ready to be shipped. Please contact our team by emailing to us at info@mirakijewelry.com or WhatsApp/Call us on 91-9819559893/ 91-9819906131.

If the order is already being dispatched, we will be able to resend the order to a new address once  the order is returned back to us. Delivery charges will be applicable on the same.

Will I be updated about the shipment of my product?

You will receive a Confirmation email once your order has been shipped with your tracking number(s) from our logistics partner. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Can I modify/cancel my order?

Yes of course you can do so by contacting us on info@mirakijewelry.com. Unfortunately if your order has already been shipped then we cannot modify or cancel the order. Kindly note that customized pieces are not liable to be modified or cancelled.

Are the prices mentioned inclusive of GST?

Yes all the mentioned prices are inclusive of GST, for your reference we have provided the breakup at the time of checkout.

How can I pay for my order?

Our payment gateway accepts all major credit/debit cards. NEFT or RTGS bank payments are also possible.

Cash on delivery is currently possible only to orders delivered in Mumbai.

Can I customize my order?

We will be happy to help you add a personal touch to your product as per your Design, Size and Gold Colour Preference.

Is engraving possible on any products?

Yes we do offer engraving options. Kindly provide us the matter to be engraved in the ‘Comments’ section at the time of checkout.

What length are your Necklaces?

Our Necklaces come in 16’’ and 18’’ with additional links for you to wear them at different lengths. In case you would like any specified length, please do get in touch!

What is my Bracelet Size?

Our bracelets come in Sizes ranging from 5 to 8 inches.

To know your exact wrist size, follow the steps.

  • Take a thread and wrap it around your wrist where you would like to wear your bracelet.
  • Mark the point where the thread overlaps the starting point.
  • Keep the selected length of thread against a ruler and provide us the measurement in Inches or Cm.

What metal is your Jewelry made of?

All our pieces are handcrafted in 18Kt & 14Kt Gold to remain ageless forever.

Are your Diamonds real?

Yes all our products are set with Natural Diamonds graded VVS/VS in clarity and F/G in Color.

Will I get a Certificate for the Jewelry piece?

Yes every Jewelry piece of MirAki comes with a certificate of authenticity by recognised Jewelry Institutes.

Is my Jewelry piece Hallmarked?

Yes all our Gold Jewelry pieces are Hallmarked as per the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) assuring the purity of the metal.

How can I take care of my Jewelry piece?

To sustain the beauty of your Jewel, avoid its contact with excessive sweat and water. Also keep the Jewel away from any strong liquids like Perfumes and Cosmetic acids. Restrain from wearing your Jewelry piece in extreme temperatures.

When unworn kindly store the Jewelry piece in a line pouch or box of MirAki.

What if my Jewelry requires cleaning?

We are glad you are regularly wearing your MirAki piece but don’t worry your Jewelry Piece will be back to its original form just by following these simple steps.

Take some warm water and add a few drops of mild soap liquid. Let your piece get soaked in the water for a few minutes. After removing your piece, brush it with a soft bristle to clean it. Then dry the piece with a soft cloth.

RETURN, REPAIRS & EXCHANGE

What is your Exchange/Return Policy?

Customer satisfaction being our topmost priority, there is an eligibility for the product to be Returned within 7 days and Exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery. The Product becomes ineligible for Exchange or Return if worn or tampered.

In case the value of the exchanged product is higher, then the difference amount will have to be paid and if the Value is lower then it will be held as a credit for the next purchase.

Kindly return the product in the same way you received it with the packaging and quality certificate.

Once the returned product goes through our quality check, your refund will be initiated.

I have ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?

What if I received a defective or incorrect piece?

At MirAki we make sure to provide the best quality but still if it has happened so then do not worry we will replace the piece with a fresh one. As the Quality check of the product is complete you will receive a new piece.

Can a Customised Product be Returned/Exchanged?

The piece has been handcrafted specially for you so we’re sorry but it cannot be Returned or Exchanged.

What if my product requires repair?

All our pieces go through a quality check before they are delivered but incase a repair is required within 15 days of purchase it is not chargeable. In case it requires repair post that it will be chargeable as per the need of the product.
